All-New Acura MDX Type S

While the all-new Acura MDX is a performance-focused SUV, the MDX Type S is performance obsessed. The Type S delivers 65 more horsepower (355) and 87 more lb-ft of torque (354) from it's turbocharged 3.0-liter V-6 than the standard MDX's naturally aspirated 3.5-liter engine. The brakes are better, too. MDX Type S features NSX-inspired Electro-Servo brakes paired with race-inspired Brembo^® 4-piston brake calipers and larger rotors. Drivers can use the Dynamic Mode dial to switch between six IDS Drive Modes (two more than the regular MDX) including the Type S exclusive Sport+ mode for enhanced acceleration and on-demand Lift mode, which increases ground clearance for when driving conditions dictate.
